The high speed insulating lines have flexibility, over managing the wide range of products. The configuration of the line is also made to suit customer budget and requirements. These lines also incorporate dual extrusion system for providing skin/single line/dual line through piggy back mobile extruder. The mobile extruders give the benefit of space saving and could easily be changed for any line direction.
The extruder can be rotated 3600 with the base fixed to the ground. Since the head of the insulation line is self centered, it eliminates the problem of centering the cable and minimum start up time is achieved. The multipass cooling system helps in space saving and provides better cooling solution during production process, especially in high-speed lines. All the insulation lines are in synchronization with each other, therefore the controlling is easy through one pot which offers best results. There is also the option of plc & non-plc lines. The dual insulation lines are available in three options 45+30, 60+38 and 80+45.
