• The frame is fabricated out of solid steel plates to ensure maximum rigidity and residence to deflection to ensure to fix the shut height to a wanted value; ram is guided and supported through out the stroke by accurately machined guide ways.
• Clutch and Brake is very easy to operate. All series of press brakes are provided with high grove, low-inertia friction clutch, synchronised with heavy duty mechanical brake ensuring immediate braking of Ram on releasing the pedal. It also stops the Ram at the desired position.
• Drive System: Power is transmitted to the ram through two individual gear drives for uniform load distribution through the length. This also reduces the torsion stresses on the eccentric shaft. Electric motor used is higher HP which reduces slow down of fly wheel and increases energy available per stroke. The gear and pinion are made cut of alloy steel.
• Lubrication System : Every necessary part machine lubrication is supplied through hand pump and distribution lines ensures uniform distribution of oil to all the points so assuring smooth working of the machine at all the times.
