The Vertical Mixers are used in food and beverage industry, plastic industry and allied chemical industry where homogenization of dry granules / powders are essential, either prior to using the product as a batch or before final packing of the finished product. These mixers have bottom inlet hoppers where the material is picked up by a central screw and taken upwards.
Mech Form supplies chemical plant equipments like heat exchangers, distillation units and agitated pressure vessels. The Vertical Mixers falls in the conical container below and the re-cycling takes place till the product is homogenized. It’s best suited where moisture content is negligible and preferably dry or where additives in fraction are to be used for bulk homogenization and applications similar to these.
