Silver o-flex tech [soft], based in thane, is a designer and manufacturer of metallic expansion joints [bellows]. These bellows are parallel corrugations, which accommodate all basic movements without encountering wear and tear as associated with conventional mechanical devices. These are designed and manufactured as per latest editions of ejma [expansion joints manufacturers associations], under the supervision of a highly qualified team of engineers and technocrats. The bellows are made from thin gauge material. To improve their performance under internal pressure, these are reinforced with several plies of the same wall thickness. They accommodate motion without being subject to mechanical friction, whether there is axial, lateral of angular rotation involved and are of all metal construction and leak tight. Areas of application are for thermostat, pressure conversion, vacuum tight seal, piping installations, sealing rotating shafts, valves, absorption of volumetric changes, torque couplings, vibration eliminations, etc. Available in sizes 15mm nominal diameter to 2000 mm [nd], pressure 6 [bar] to 100 bar depending on sizes, temperature ranges from 25°c to 1500°c.
