Hydraulic cylinders of zenith hydropneumatic, ahmedabad, feature bore diameter of 300 mm [max], rod of 220 mm and stroke length of 5 m. These are available with pressure capacity of 40, 160, 250 and 320 bar. Imported polyurethane and teflon seals are used for sealing, thus assuring longer life of these hydraulic cylinders . The piston rod is hard-chrome plated and internal bore is honed for long life and smooth working.
Mounting arrangements can be altered to suit the mounting dimensions, of these hydraulic cylinders , as specified by customers. All types of mountings such as clevies, rear flange, front flange, trunnion, fitment of spherical bearing on clevises, induction hardened piston rod, integral fitment of pilot-operated check valves, counter balance valve and relief valves are available on demand.
