All hepa filters are tested as per dop test procedure using particle counter and certified individually for dop efficiency of 99.97 per cent down to 0.3 micron. Mil standard hepa filters are also manufactured for more stringent applications. Hydraulic filters with flow rate ranging from 10 lpm to 450 lpm as per customers` requirements are also available. These filters are tested generally as per iso: 16889 standards or as per customer`s specifications for performance. Coalescers and separators manufactured are used for filtration of aviation fuel for removal of particulates and free water from aviation fuel for removal of particulates and free water from aviation turbine fuel. These filters are tested in the laboratory as per standard api:1581, 5th edition. The range of industrial filters supplied include panel filters and hepa filters for heating ventilation and air-conditioning application, compressed air filters, gas filters, etc, and also liquid filtration products, such as hydraulic filters, coalescers and separators for aviation fuel, water filters, etc. Panel filters are of two types, viz pre-filters and fine filters.
