Micron manufactures Pressure Transducers with High Linearity. The Pressure Transducers with High Linearity of PSW & PSH series employ full strain gauges bonded to the pressure sensitive diaphragm. The transducer is a one body piece machined from special steel heat treated for maximum stability. The design ensures high inherent linearity whilst maintaining low hysteresis and good ultimate safety factors. The design uses a full bridge strain gauge configuration giving a nominal output of 1-2mV/V at rated pressure.
