Megacraft manufactures plain-paper matrix printers. The product is a type of small printer that uses 8 needles to generate the characters and an inkribbon to print on ordinary paper. It requires a much higher current than the thermal printer. Plain-paper and thermal printer require an electronic controller. This has a power section which drives the needles or the thermaldots and mp-section with the characterset and all interface possibilities.
