The Microcontroller Based Solid State Signal Generator is meant to sense, display and generate fault condition for the parameters like three phase main supply, Temperature and exchange battery voltage, Fire, low EA oil, Door open etc. This generator also display the generator [EA] run time A 4 digit, 7 segment, display provided will monitor and display the above parameters at 3 sec. [factory set] scan rate. While scanning the above parameters the corresponding LED will glow. Facility is provided to hold any of the parameters, if desired, which would continually display the value and the “HOLD” LED will glow. Upon pressing SCAN switch Hold mode will be released. Three dedicated single LED’s [R, Y, and B.] are provided to indicate the status of the main three phase supply voltages. When the temperature exceeds the preset value and/or the battery voltage falls below the preset value, the condition will be indicated by the corresponding fault LEDs and the corresponding relay[s] will be actuated. However, if the generator is “ON” the “EA on” LED will remain “ON” as long as the generator is running. The generator run time will be up graded and displayed. Retention of fault condition of following parameters in the non-volatile memory is provided.
