The Dual Channel Thermo Sequencing AC Controller is micro controller based dual. The thermo-sequential controller is meant to control the room temperature through a temperature sensor. The unit is supplied complete with built- in MCB, Contactors etc. For ready to operate condition. The AC Controller will sequence in Pre-Programmed time interval. The Dual Channel Thermo Sequencing AC Controller is designed to provide maximum programming facilities and optimum performance yielding longer life expectancy and maximum amount of energy savings. The programming of AC units shall be based equal run hours per day. If the designated unit is unhealthy then will stop the unhealthy unit and start command shall be passed on to the next unit. The system is also provided with Auto Manual operation so that if the Auto controller fails the System can be run in Manual mode also. The system is provided with a 2X16 LCD to display the room temperature, AC Currents and line voltages. The status of individual AC unit shall be available from bi-color LEDS. Green LED will be indicating AC ‘ON’ and the Red LED will indicate the faulty AC. Temperatures, over voltage, under voltage and AC over current parameters are settable from front Key Switches. All fault conditions will be retained in the memory stamped with date and time to enable post fault analysis. The system is Password protected.
