Linear technology has introduced a 400ma, 2.25mhz, synchronous buck regulator [ltc3670] and two 150ma low-dropout regulators [ldos]. The ltc3670 switching regulator and both ldos are adjustable down to 0.8v, offering a compact, triple-output converter for handheld applications. Input voltage range of 2.5v to 5.5v makes it ideal for single-cell, li-ion-powered applications.
