These chip formers for optimal performance are available for general [gn, tf, pp], roughing [nr, nm, tnm] and finishing [sf, rf/lf, nf] applications. Grade varieties include ceramic, silicon, submicron, cermet, pvd, pcd and cbn and mt cvd. Also available is a new insert in submicron tiain pvd grade ic 907 for machining stainless steel and high temperature alloys. Also available is a new unique holder sv2020k-12f for vnmg 12, which gives following advantages: secure clamping on both sides by unique wedge device; no vibration; longer insert life; and cuts in both directions - left and right.
