Radix microsystesm manufactures a portable universal calibrator microcal which can be applied for calibrating all type of temperature instruments and for measuring thermometer for 10 types thermocouples, rtds, current and voltage inputs. These caliberator come with accuracy of 0.02%. The microcal is a microprocessor based instrument which can stimulate b, e, j, k, r, s, t, w1, w3 and w5 thermocouples by reference to internal tables. The temperature of this calibrator is entered in °c or °f from membrane key pad and the corresponding millivolt output is automatically generated. The cold junction compensation is manually or automatic. Microcal can also be used to generate or measure current signal of 0 to 20000 microamps and ohm signal up to 500 ohms.
