Vaidehi bowl-feeder is an asset to industries involved in automated assemblies, testing, printing and packaging them in mass productions. These units provide the desired orientation of components in line feeding at a very high rate, without any manual contacts. These feeders can handle components made of metal, rubber, plastic, ceramic, glass, etc., with-out causing any damage to them. The printing inks on the component remain intact while feeding. The vibration principle remains the same as vibratory feeder except for construction difference. The bowl fixed on the top of the vibrator unit gets the required vibration resulting in movement of the component in the bowl. The bowl is provided with a track going upward, in such a manner that the parts while moving up get desired orientation also. The feed rate can be controlled at the required level by a regulator provided in the control panel. The bowl can be made of mild steel, non-magnetic stainless steel or aluminium in casting or fabrication. The feeders are available from 150 to 1500 mm dia or more.
