Kavita Enterprises offers Non Filled Detection System. Kavita Enterprises supplies electronic and computerized toll collection systems. Non Filled Detection System is used basically for detecting the absence, color mismatch tablets, broken tablets while packaging them without occurrence of human error. Non Filled Detection System has to work online, as the conveyer belt is moving at high speed. The system is working in coordination with the conveyer belt so that the defective packs are automatically rejected. The conveyer belt is moving at the speed of 15Mtrs per minute and the packaging speed is as high as 120 Blisters [packs] per minute. The system involves a CCD camera and a frame capture card. It is being used very effectively in the company and has solved many problems. This system was developed under Windows 95.
