Goliya electricals has launched a cell- testing voltmeter that conforms to is 1248 and is approved by the department of post and telegraph. Accuracy class offered is 2.5. The voltmeter is housed in an abs plastic case with front acrylic cover, and is supplied with spikes. It has excellent reliability and electromagnetic damping obtained by the metal former over which the moving coil is wound. The cell tester is available in voltage ratings of 3-0-3v and 30-0-30v.
