Product Profile of Industrial Grade Mica Band Heaters

Industrial grade mica band heaters are suitable to apply heat by conduction to cylindrical surfaces-injection and blow moulding, extruders, dies, drum heating. The heaters requires 230 volts/ 415 v voltages. The heaters have minimum 25 mm diameter. The industrial grade mica band heaters consists of nichrome resistance ribbon wound, evenly spaced on an inorganic mica sheets which eliminates hot spot.
