The Shielded / Unshielded and Round / Flat Multi-core Cables are PTFE insulated multi-conductor signal and control cables designed for extreme environments and rough usage. The Cables are widely used in aerospace and industrial applications requiring high reliability and ultimate physical and electrical performance.

Salient fea6tures of the Shielded / Unshielded and Round / Flat Multi-core Cables:

• Available as cable pairs or singles with optional overall braid shield or metallic foil with drain

• The conductors used are 7 or 19 stranded Silver plated Copper / NPC insulated with 0.010" of PTFE tape

• Helically wrapped and sintered to homogeneous mass.

• Rated as 600V ACRMS working from -65 deg C to +260 deg C

• Conductors are colour coded with a choice of 10 standard colours.

• Jackets available include PTFE tape, PVC and Varnished Fibreglass.
