Vishay components india has developed five low-impedance, high-voltage analogue switches. These switches are available with technical features like low 10 ohms `on` resistance for audio, video and data switching applications. The company supplies the analogue switches in ranges of dual-supply single-pole/single-throw [spst] dg467, dg468, dg447 and dg448 and single-pole/double throw [spdt] dg449. These analogue switches dg467 and dg468 are available with 10 ohms low `on` resistance whereas the dg447 and dg448 have 25 ohms resistance. The other salient features of these analogue switches are low leakages with a compact size. These analogue switches are also suited as improved drop-in replacements for max4647, max468 and max4649 analogue switches.
