Phenocoat [white] is a chlorinated rubber waterproofing paint having outstanding properties and long life in outdoor conditions. It can be tinted to any shade, using standard paint stainers, commonly available in liquid form on the market. It can also be used as a decorative finishing coat, thereby effecting considerable economy. Two coats of phenocoat [white] over any firm masonry surface such as wall, chujja, parapet or terraces will serve both as a waterproofing coating as well as a decorative paint. Leaking bathroom slabs can also be effectively waterproofed with this material.
