Acoustic cleaners provide a powerful and effective solution to boilers, electrostatic precipitators, superheaters, economizers, air heaters, ductwork, filters, id fans, spray dryers, horizontal and rotary drum vacuum dryers, mixers and blenders, dry material bulk vehicles, ship cargo holds, air classifiers, silos and hoppers, etc. Acoustic horns consist of wave generator and amplifier, which are made from ss 316 as standard. Acoustic horns are designed to produce acoustic energy and amplify low frequency sound at high intensity for effective removal of unwanted particulate build up and aid material flow. Acoustic horn produces extremely high-pressure acoustic energy, level with a fixed frequency band. The powerful sound waves are produced when the short bursts of standard plant compressed air enter the wave generator and force the only moving part, titanium or high grade material diaphragm to flex creating the powerful base sound wave. The base tone is then transmitted by a range of different bell sections into selected fundamental frequencies between 75-125 hz.
