Convergence has launched the atrm- ups that can withstand poor input power conditions and outputs stable power in the range of 220v ac. The inbuilt battery provides back-up for 10 minutes, which is adequate to take printouts of five films during a utility power failure. Various models of the atrm-ups are available in pure sinewave output and modified sinewave output, with ratings of 2 kva, 2.5 kva, 3 kva and 5 kva. These ups are targeted at the medical applications, especially automatic film processors.
