Twin engineers is a developer of a uv curing system. This system is used to cure uv curable adhesive for bonding of metal to glass application in watch cases. Two product varieties are available: table top and conveyorised. Features: medium pressure mercury vapour uv lamps are used and are available in power level range of 100 watt/inch of lamp length to 400 w per inch. The systems offer features/benefits such as perfect curing, no heat loss, etc. The radiations can be focused directly onto the curing area of the object. Optimum wave-length band controlling facility for uv lamps and use of radiation curing systems also save cosiderable power as compared to conventional heating sources. Current meter and hour meter are also provided for uv source. Highly polished reflectors are used. The company has also developed infra-red curing ovens for different applications.
