Twin Engineers Pvt Ltd offers Robotic/CNC Systems for dispensing Fluids like RTV Silicone Sealants, Anaerobic Liquid Gasketing Adhesives etc. The Profile dispensing machines are capable of processing high viscous material and facilitates to dispense the material in any desired profile; Spots , Lines or Continuous path pattern .
Twin Engineers P. Ltd. Has successfully developed CNC, ROBOTIC [Gantry / Cartesian; 02 & 03 Axes] and X, Y & Z controls to achieve the dispensing of sealant or adhesive in bead form. Hand held Teaching Pendant is provided to programme the desired profile with ease of operation. The facility of storing Min. 10 different profile programme is also provided within the unit. The Product Features are:
- Provision of Oil Cup to prevent solidification of Costlier Sealant & Adhesives [At the Nozzle Tip]
- Curtain Sensors to stop the Cycle if interrupted
- Job Sensors to ensure dispensing does not take place provided job is not loaded
- Optical Job Sensors to ensure that right job is sensed in case two different jobs are to be handled
- Signal Tower Lamp Indication, Cartridge Empty Signal Facility [ In case Cartridge is used ]
- Drum Empty Signal Facility [ In case Pail can 20 Kg. / 200 kg. Is used ]
- Interrupt Programme Run Facility [After Interruption of the Programme the dispensing nozzle will come to a halt; But if the interruption is removed, the dispensing will commence from the same point where the dispensing nozzle came to a halt].
- Provision to use cartridge dispensing system or PailCan Dispensing systems.
