Dip-flon engineering provides float check valves that combine the corrosion-resistance and product purity of flo-vu sight glass with unique teflon pfa ball float assembly that prevents over-filling of the bottom chamber. It is intended as a means of preventing vent-line contamination in sampling or dosing application. An observation chamber above the check ball provides for a visual confirmation of ball seating. Technical specifications include: connection size 1" ansi-150 class; pressure rating 150 psi @ 300ºf; design pressure 225 psi @ 300ºf; temperature range -20ºf to 300ºf; full vacuum rating; flange material ss-316; borosilicate glass tubes; polycarbonate impact shield; and ball assembly of teflon or pfa.
