Deepak engineering is a manufacturer of a wide range of high-precision anti-seize resistant bearings for use in material handling equipment. These anti-seize bearings with polyamide cages are advantageous over conventional ball bearings for use in conveyor idler rollers. The bearings show resistance to seizure of bearings in the conveyor idler rollers. The cross-section of the rings is designed to prevent distortion, while mounting in the bearing housing. Special attention is given to raceway design and geometry to avoid ball skidding in the bearings and which is one of the major reasons for ball track damage. Optimum sizes of the steel balls are used to increase the basic capacity of these bearings. The width of the rings is reduced to prevent build-up of the contaminants in the rings. Special chamfers facilitate the use of smaller abutment height. Special flexible polyamide cage with special prong and perfect ball pocket design ensure free ball rolling even under contaminated conditions. The anti-seize ball bearings further extend the reduction of end-cap draw depth, reduction of distance between end-cap support and bearing centre, minimising roller deflection. Special design of fillets reduces abutment dimensions and hence easy fitments.
