• Two heavy duty cast iron frames to accommodate batching rollers, tough and drive

• Main batch rollers made from m s heavy duty pipe and coated with ebonite or stainless steel cladded, mounted on heavy duty bearings

• Both rollers are driven through differential gear for constant speed of the fabrics

• Brake drum with shoes will be provided on both the rollers to adjust winding tension of the fabric

• Self-balancing rocker arms with s.S pipe curved bar will be provided for creaseless working and maximum tension

• Direct and indirect steam / oil heating s.S coil with two nos. S.S guide rolls will be provided in stainless steel trough. S.S splash board will be provided to avoid splashing of liquor

• A machine drive with a.C electric motor with forward reverse starter and push button
