Kpc filtech offers a range of filter housings. These are manufactured under gmp codes and designed for both industrial and sanitary applications. High degree of surface finish down to 240 grit is maintained for all sanitary grade housings whereas industrial grades are fabricated in accordance with prevailing engineering codes, taking into account all relevant quality assurance procedures. The standard range is designed for holding up to 12 units of 40 inch long filter cartridges covering a flow range of 30 m³/hr. Models for higher flow rates with similar cartridges are also available up to 150 m³/hr. Housings can adapt cartridges of any end styles, viz., doe, code 7, threaded open end, m32, etc. Specifications: type - metallic/non metallic; materials of construction - ss 316, ss304, ms-pp, pc, ppfrp; end connection sizes - 1/4" to 8"-1/4" to 6"; end connection types - threaded, flanged, triclover, dairy-threaded, flanged; sealing gaskets - silicone, viton, edpm, ptfe-silicone, epdm; maximum operating pressure - 3 to 40 bar g - 4 bar g as a standard; and flow rate range - 0.4 to 150 m³/hr-0.2 to 50 m³/hr.
