Universal tool manufactures drills with special indexable inserts. These drills are coolant fed having coolant hole to deliver the coolant up to cutting edges with special design replaceable inserts having high penetration work. These drills offer h9 tolerance on the hole with very good surface finish. The insert is replaceable after wearing of cutting edge. It can be easily unlocked and replaced with a new insert. Throwaway insert design makes the tool highly economical, offering all the advantages of brazed high penetrating, high performance drills with economical, replaceable inserts. These are offered from ø 12 mm to ø 60 mm. Inserts are offered in micrograin carbide along with tin and ticn coating.
