Universal tool manufactures coolant fed twist drills in 2 flutes spiral or 3 flutes spiral with spiral coolant hole, running parallel to the flute. Thus the coolant reaches right up to the cutting edge offering very high efficiency, keeping the cutting edge cool. This facilitates drills to perform at very high speed for increasing the productivity. These drills are also offered in solid carbide high-speed steel material, and special carbide brazed design. These drills have special generated point geometry designed on special software and manufactured on 8-axis cnc grinding machines. The flute helix angle on profile of flute is specially generated depending upon application component. Also available are solid carbide coolant fed endmills, coolant fed super finishing reamers, coolant fed solid carbide step drill cutter, and coolant fed indexable cutter.
