Flameproof equipments, as per the name suggests, produce flameproof instruments such as flameproof hot air sealing system, flameproof ceiling fans and flameproof portable hot air sealing systems for lpg cylinders. These portable hot air sealing systems have hot air chamber of 1.4kw, which delivers compressed air at 130 degree celsius continuously. Digital pressure switch detects the air pressure of the system and then only it will allow heater to switch on electricity. Also there is digital temperature controller, which controls low and high preset temperatures thro rtd sensors. An advantage of these systems is that heater is always at temperature required for sealing as digital temperature controller controls it. As machines shut off automatically in case no/low air pressure, they are very safe to use. Even special safety function is provided to exhaust hot air from hot air chamber when system is not required.
