Sartime horological manufactures 2es combo 1 a self-propelled compost machine with auto filling facility. This self-propelled compost machine comprises two different machines such as aero tiller 2es 115-3 and auto filler 2es-210. Aero tiller 2es 115-3 self-propelled machines are available with 3-mtr widths x 1 mtr height mixer size and 2.5 mtr x 1 mtr windrow size along with a tractor and 2 m x 3 ms buffer tank. 2es-210 filling machine continuously fills the tank with effluent with a 2.5-inch or 3 inches hose and up to 130 mtrs length. The centrally pulled self-propelled windrow aero tiller comes with more than 1000 tonnes/hr turning capacity and can operate continuously for more than 12 hours. The company supplies the machines with equipments like ready to operate power steering tractor and additional side guide plate to enable lifting up items to 300 mm height while mixing. This combination of the additional machines help in avoiding press mud from sliding down. The aero tiller machine is so attached with the auto filler that the tank becomes a buffer tank instead of a storage tank. The combination of the filling machine for continuously filling of the tank offer advantages like the need to go to filling station becomes unnecessary. The aerated press mud volume is increased 3 times by using auto-filling machine to fill the tank eliminating the need of filling from filling station.
