- Minimal cross section: The one-piece structure with guide rail on both sides of the nut block and a ball screw extending at the centre of the nut block forms a highly rigid and precise, ultra-compact linear-motion actuator with only a 15 mm high, 30 mm wide cross section.
- Four-way equal load: Two load-bearing ball trains are arranged on each side, constituting a double-row angular contact design. Since this design can bear equal rated loads in four directions [upward and downward and right and left], there are no restrictions on the mounting direction of the unit.
- High accuracy: The four raceways, that carry the ball load, are formed in a circular arc groove, and have no clearances. Therefore, the guide way has high rigidity and fluctuations in frictional resistance due to fluctuating loads are minimized, achieving supreme feeding accuracy
- High rigidity: Unlike the conventional LM guide models, the KR15 has an LM rail structure, which provides greater rigidity against overhang and moment load.
