Pipeline strainer`s main task is performed in continuous operation as straining protection against process-specific solid material impairment and against corrosion products. Standard t-strainers are filters in the vestment of pipeline parts. Strainers are secured, screwed or welded into pipelines like valves. A strainer is installed in the same way as many valves. There are two fundamental types of pipeline strainers -- basket and y-type.
