Andritz separation offers the continuous hyper baric pressure filter system for low moisture and high capacity rates. Available both, as disc or drum filters it is built in sizes up to 120 mz; this filter exceeds the expectations wherever it is in operation. Specially when applied for extremely fine-grained particle slurries, the hyper baric filter proves it is excellently over conventional vacuum disc/drum filters or various batch processes. The totally enclosed system offers large filter areas at low space requirements due to specific rates being up to 5 times higher than on other filters. It finds application in coal concentrates and raw coal slurries, iron are concentrate, lead and zinc concentrate, copper concentrate, red mud from bauxite processing, magnesite concentrate, industrial minerals and food industry.
