Nutech systems offers cooling towers. These are equipped from polymer composites. The unique feature is that they induce air without the using fans. The air draught induced in the towers by venturi effect created by the specially designed nozzles. The tower is filled with mist and thus it does not required packing . All parts of the cooling tower are equipped from frp using isophthalic resin with npg-uv stabilized gel coat. The sprayer assembly is fabricated from reinforced thermoplastic. The nozzles are machine moulded from glassfilled nylon or pp and are of self-cleansing type to prevent clogging. All nuts and bolts are equipped from glass-filled nylon. The towers comprise in-built mist eliminators to minimise make-up water requirement. These cooling towers are energy efficient, maintenance-free and operate without breakdown.
