Blagdon air powered diaphragm pumps are used in chemical and petrochemical industries in applications such as transfer duties, barrel emptying and filling, mixing and dosing systems. The pump material of constructions are: pvdf, polypropylene, conductive acetal, aluminium, ptfe coated aluminium, nylon, cast iron, stainless steel 316, and hastelloy-c. Diaphragm materials are: neoprene, ptfe, buna-polyester, polyurethane, epdm, and viton. Valves are made out of ptfe, conductive acetal and stainless steel 316. Their features include: ideal for dosing; leak-free-no seals or clamp bands; robust construction; air valves are designed to prevent freezing and stalling; can run dry without damage; non-metallic pumps have integral # 150 flanges; and they are easy to clean and maintain.
