Haas Automation introduces Hass EC-630 True Geared-Head features advanced tool management, single-button features, 15-inch color LCD monitor and a USB port. The Hass EC-630 True Geared-Head consists of HMC 40 x 33 x 35 [xyz], 630 mm twin pallet system, 30-hp; Dual Drive [Y-Delta], 6000 rpm, geared head, 50-taper and 50-tool side mount tool changer. The Hass EC-630 True Geared-Head also has added features like; 1MB program memory, includes 1-degree incremental tombstone indexing, RJH-E, Home Button, Anchor Kit, Belt Type Chip Conveyor, Flush and Washdown Coolant System, PCOOL. The EC-630 spindle, gearbox and motor are assembled as single modular unit that is easily removed and installed.
