The Rectifier with Silicon Diodes is used for operations at any voltage between 380 to 440 Volts. The Silicon Diodes of the Rectifier is arranged in a six-phase/ three phase bridge circuit. The Rectifier with Silicon Diodes has varying number of diodes connected in parallel depending on the output rating of the unit. These Silicon Diodes are mounted on Aluminium heat sink assemblies with condensers across each diode thereby providing storage protection.
