Sss dynacast presents fully automatic mini pressure die casting machine. The compact machine comprises of a hot chamber, is pneumatically operated, and is controlled by programmable logic. The machine is suitable for manufacturing zinc alloy components for a maximum weight up to 30-75 gm, for small components used in automobile carburetors, lpg regulators, locks, fuel locks, zips, components of speedometers and potentiometers, and even gift articles, etc, on mass scale. The machine has locking and injection force of 30 t and 1 t, respectively. The special feature of this machine is that it can produce almost completed products within three to six seconds of cycle time. The die mounting area is 300 x 300 mm and the die arrangement is 5 cores.
