Ajay simmerstat is a versatile temperature control device, which can be conveniently used to cut energy consumption by up to 50%. The applications are ovens, hot plates, grills, boilers, drying cabinets and moulding machines the device works on turn of a simple control. Its design is user friendly and the wiring is done with line, neutral and load connections. There is no thermal contact required and you can set the chosen level of heat with a fair degree of accuracy by adjusting the on and off time from 0 to 100 percent of the duty cycle. The fitment of this simmerstat is by registering lugs and threaded bush, which is tightened by a single nut. It is available with additional pilot terminal also on order.
