Slat Type Chip Conveyor; Screw Conveyor; and Magnetic Chip Conveyors.
Key Features of Multiple Chip Conveying System
- Scraper Type Chip Conveyors: are mainly used for smaller chips especially for cast iron chips. Scrapers are tied between the chains that are running on the sprockets mounted on shafts. These scrapers carry the chips to the chip bin.
- Slat Type Chip Conveyors: These chip conveyors are also called slat type conveyors used for long curly chips ideal for steel chips. This is a hinged belt attached with the chain and efficiently carries chips on its surface to avoid any entangling of chips with the conveyor.
- Magnetic Chip Conveyors: are used for the small wet ferrous chips. This helps in recovering the costly fluids that are used for machining. The chips fall on the stainless steel that is stand still. The material handling conveyor runs below the stainless steel sheet and the magnets are connected to the chain. The chips stick to the magnets & carried to the chip bin and the fluid is recovered back to the tank.
- Scraper Type Chip Conveyor: From 250 mm width to 1200 mm width.
- Slat Type Chip Conveyor: From 200 mm width to 600 mm width.
- Screw Conveyor: From 100 mm Dia. to 300 mm Dia.
- Magnetic Chip Conveyors: From 150 mm width to 800 mm width.
