The company supplies auto-attendant range of accord in 2 models evm-2004 and evm-2008. These auto-attendant systems apart from doing the traditional voice guidance and help directory functions also provides additional benefit of having a common mail box where the caller can store all the messages when the desired user is either busy or not available. A system password is required for enabling the user to take messages from anywhere. The two models differ from each other by the duration of the stored messages vis-a-vis 24 minutes and 48 minutes respectively.
