Key Features of Geared Limit Switches
- Geared limit switches do not require any maintenance. Infinitely variable setting of the individual switching points for all directions of movement using a screwdriver
- The maximum deviation from the switching points, once set, is no more than +/- 2 degree on the output shaft over the complete life of the switch, even when using the whole range of adjustment
- A counting mechanism is fitted as standard for recording the operating hours and specifying maintenance intervals
- Provision for the installation of an electronic pulse generator for additional monitoring functions
- Geared limit switches are available in two designs: either of closed [DGS-G] or of open design [DGS]
