Features:
1. fully enclosed fibre glass [frp] body
2. separate plug cleaning chamber consisting of an abrasive system connected to double acting valve for blasting and subsequent cleaning to remove the abrasive and dust.
3. different rubber adopters provided for cleaning plugs of 10 mm, 14 mm and 18 mm sizes.
4. abrasive is stored in a bag which can be easily removed for cleaning and replacement of spent abrasive.
5. twin testing chamber connected to the compressed air system for charging the chamber with the necessary control device.
6. provision for reducing any excess air and releasing pressure in the chamber. The chamber is connected to a special pressure gauge with adjustable, calibrated dial, which can be set according to plug gaps determined for different plugs.
7. mirror reflector chamber window for visual checking of the spark during the time of testing.
8. the abrasive supplied by us [one packet 500 gm] will do for about 350 plugs. After operation unscrewing the stopper at the bottom of the unit should let out the usedabrasive.
