Product Profile of Gas Fired Ceramic/steel Braiding Medium Wave Infra Red Burner
Diligent Micro Controls supplies Gas Fired Ceramic / Steel Braiding Medium Wave Infra Red Burner. Diligent Micro Controls offers Electronic Controllers, Electronic Control Systems & Electronic Control Relays for specific industrial applications. This Gas Fired Ceramic / Steel Braiding Medium Wave Infra Red Burner has perforated ceramic tile or braided wire mesh of special material and gas burns completely within this media. Thus, there is no combustion below or above this tile or mesh and the burner produces practically minimum flue gases as there is no excess air. Infra red radiation are very effective in heating only the object placed in front due to its penetrative ability and does not have to heat air for transferring heat to the object. This leads to extremely low gas consumption for the heat output produced, quick heating and consequential improvement in cost & quality. Gas Fired Ceramic / Steel Braiding Medium Wave Infra Red Burners can be completely automated for close loop control and have wide control range of 1:5.
There are different types of Infra Red Burners:
- Ceramic Burner: In this type of burner, combustion takes place within the perforated ceramic tile. This tile turns reddish orange and gives out medium wave infra red radiations [2.4 micron]. Its source temperature is 950 degree C and it develops thermal power up to 120 KW/square mtrs [max]. It finds applications in industries such as textile, paint, powder coating, process heating, etc.
- Metal Fiber Burner: In this burner, combustion takes place within the thin mesh of special steel. This mesh turns reddish orange and gives out medium wave infra red radiations [2.2 micron]. Its source temperature is 1050 degree C and it develops thermal power up to 200 KW/square meters [max]. It finds applications in industries such as textile, paint, powder coating, process heating, paper drying, coil coating, etc.
- Porous Burner: of the Gas Fired Ceramic / Steel Braiding Medium Wave Infra Red Burners, in this burner combustion takes place within the perforated tile which has two levels of perforations. Lower region has medium size pores and the upper region has large size pores. Gas/air mix enters through the lower region where it gets pre heated and burns in the upper region. Heat removal from the combustion zone is mainly done by radiation, conduction or convection. This tile turns bright white at full power and gives out short wave infra red radiations [1.7 micron]. Its source temperature is 1450 degree C and it develops thermal power up to 1000 KW/square meters [max]. It finds applications in industries such as paper drying, paint, powder coating, process heating, coil coating, etc.
