• All coils are made form Boiler quality pipe tested to 1000 psi, type BS-3059-68/ Part I/CEW/St-33

• Number of parallel paths provided on coil side to ensure low pressure drop across unit

• Three pass design with a high efficiency having 1 radiant and 3 connective heat transfer areas thus eliminating need of a economizer

• Double walled [two shell] construction provides for insulation as well as preheating of air thereby aiding combustion

• High heat transfer area on coil

• High furnace volume results in longer life of Thermal oil as degradation does not occur due to flame

• Thermic Fluid Pump of KSB make with grafoil gland packing thereby achieving a lower connected load and minimum leakage problems

• Panel components of reputed make like Siemens / telemechanique switches, contactors and relays

• Flow rate of Thermic Fluid Pump gives a delta T across the system of maximum 30ºC. For lower delta T across system, it is available on request

• Audio-visual alarm on panel and all pressure gauges also brought to panel avoids cumbersome procedures of fault-finding

• Digital temperature controllers provide for + / - 1ºC accuracy on return and outlet temperature

• Pressure switches for low and high pressure cut-off of Thermic Fluid Heater Pump
