The first layer [base mix] is made by lean mix. The second layer [FACE MIX] is made by high grade concrete, sometimes with white cement. These concrete pavers are available in smooth [IPS] finish and glossy finish. Glossy pavers are coated with Lacquer on the top surface. Blend of colours and texture is available. • Shape & thickness: Various shapes, 60/80/100/120 mm thick

• Tolerances: L/W: +/- 2mm, H: +/- 3mm, chambers: +/- 0.5mm.

• Water Absorption: Not more than 7%.

• Chambers: Peripheral chamber on the top edge 4mm in height & 7.5mm in width, with 1.5 mm horizontal stay.

• Spacer Ribs: 2-3mm Vertical spacer ribs on the sides.
