Coatec India offers Organic Top Coating. Coatec India offers CED coating, Glide Coating Systems, and Dip Spin Coating machines. The Organic Top Coating or Techseal can be applied on top of zinc and zinc alloy deposits or zinc rich coatings. The Organic Top Coating contains an integrated lubricant which can be adjusted to give the required friction coefficient. The Organic Top Coating is available in various colors like black, white, grey, blue, silver etc.

Specifications of Organic Top Coating are:

• Organic Top Coating is available in sliver and black standard colours. Other colors are available on request.

• It is free from hexavalent or other chromium and heavy metals salts.

• The thickness of the coating is easily variable for differing requirements.

• More than 240 hours salt sprays without white rust, more than 600 hours up to 2000 hours salt spray without base metal corrosion.

• Treatment at 180 Degree C for 100 hours has no effecting corrosion resistance or appearance.

• Controlled friction coefficient of 0.09 to 0.15, 0.10 to 0.16, and 0.12 to 0.18.
