Fine Air supplies Corrosion Resistant Air Receiver System. Fine Air offers a range of Compressed Air Accessories like Inter coolers, After Coolers, Air Dryers of Desiccant and Refrigerated types, Particulate Filters, Micro Filters, Electronic Drain Valves and Chilling plants. The Corrosion Resistant Air Receiver System is designed as per ASME section VIII Div 1 or IS 2825 for to arrive thickness of Shell & Dish ends. The material of construction are IS 2062, Boiler Quality [IS 516 / 517 grade 60 or 70 and SS304 for Dish ends and Shell nozzle orientation fittings, flanges etc. All the Vertical Air Receiver is supported with skirt support to equalize the load factor. The safety Valves and Pressure Gauges are provided with a set Pressure equivalent to design Pressure to blow off during excess Air Pressure. In side surfaces will be painted with either spray Galvanized or Black Bitumen to avoid corrosion. To remove the condensate water drop lets carry from After Cooler to bottom of the Receiver will be removed through either Manual Drain Valve or Electronic Drain Valve.
